Radical Self Love 2026
Radical Self-Love, is the practice of returning to your roots: to the foundational relationship with yourself as Nature intended, as the Mother embodies, as Love sustains. In a world of nervous system dysregulation, relentless noise, and spiritual disconnection, this is not self-indulgence. It is restoration. It is coming home to what has always been true, waiting beneath the chaos for you to remember.
An Invitation
Our weekly pauses together have become a cherished ritual, a sanctuary where women return to their essential selves beneath the surface of ordinary days. Your reflections continue to illuminate why this work matters so deeply.
Why Radical Self-Love?
The word radical derives from the Latin radix, meaning root. To be radical is to return to the root, to what is essential and foundational. This is not the politicized urgency the word has come to suggest in contemporary discourse, but something far older: a return to origin, to source, to the bedrock beneath all conditioning.
In the context of the sacred feminine, radical has long described the fierce commitment required to reclaim what has been fragmented: to pull love, nurturing, and self-regard down to their roots and tend them there until they grow strong again.
“Nature as inherent wisdom. The Mother as generative force. Love as unconditional presence.
When these three live in concert, life flows from a different source. When they exist in separation, we sense the dissonance, even if we cannot name it.”
Self is not the isolated ego, but the authentic essence that exists beneath role, achievement, and performance: the self that knows itself as both individual and inseparable from the whole. Love, in this work, is not sentiment or romance but the unconditional presence that the Mother offers: the holding, the witnessing, the unwavering regard that asks nothing in return. This work offers permission to tend your own roots again: to restore your soul, ground your presence, and reclaim the inner stability that no external circumstance can shake.

Take a moment and consider…
Where does Nature live in your daily rhythm, and where has technology taken her place? What qualities define the Mother as creative, sustaining force, and how present is that energy in how you move through the world? When you experience Love, is it freely given and received, or does it feel transactional? If this resonance feels familiar, you’re recognizing the very alignment this work restores.
THE FOUNDATION WE’LL BUILD TOGETHER
Radical Self-Love creates harmony among Nature, Mother, and Love, establishing an unshakeable foundation of unconditional regard that becomes your daily companion. Once you cultivate this relationship with the Mother, it becomes a gentle filter through which life flows, bringing every choice and experience into nourishing balance.
This shapes how you receive the world, how you make decisions, and how you express your authentic self. Most significantly, it deepens your relationship with yourself and everything that surrounds you. At last, you can exhale. You can rest in the safety of your human experience, even when the world feels turbulent.
THE JOURNEY
Through carefully crafted exercises, rituals, and practices, you’ll build a trust-filled relationship with yourself, the Mother, and Nature. No blind faith required: only direct, embodied experiences that cultivate genuine trust.
We’ll travel the spiral of the Five Elements, a sacred map woven through indigenous wisdom traditions worldwide: Vedic India, African tribal knowledge, Mayan cosmology, North American nations, and Siberian shamanic practice. This universal symbol speaks a timeless language our spirits still recognize, guiding women back to radical self-love through the elegant wisdom of Mother Earth.
Make it stand out
• Reclaim your relationship with Nature’s intelligence: the wisdom that guides cycles, seasons, and your own innate rhythms in a world that prizes constant productivity over natural flow
• Restore your personal mythology: the authentic narrative of who you are beyond achievement and role, shaping both your daily choices and your lasting imprint
• Regulate your nervous system from within: establishing an inner sanctuary of unconditional presence that remains stable even as the external world intensifies
How We’ll Work Together
This self-guided journey integrates gracefully into your life through brief, nourishing practices. You’ll explore seasonal rituals, ancient and living cultural wisdom, and restorative activities: creating personal altars, grounding techniques, nature-inspired nourishment, ceremonial bathing, and gentle somatic practices like Qigong.
Optional weekly gatherings offer community and connection to the feminine spirit, flexible to honor your rhythm. The course welcomes all ways of learning: visual, kinesthetic, auditory, reflective, and communal, ensuring everyone finds their authentic entry point.
The curriculum honors how Nature and the Mother have been revered across cultures, past and present, so you discover practices and energies that genuinely resonate with you.
You’ll engage in experiential work that builds a loving, trust-based relationship through direct, felt knowing rather than borrowed belief.
This journey weaves timeless wisdom with contemporary life, helping you remain true to yourself in our technology-saturated world:
not through rejection, but through conscious balance that serves your evolution.
